Situated in the heart of the Namib Desert, some 300 km south west of Windhoek and bordered on three sides by the Namib Naukluft Park, Weltevrede Guest Farm is the home of abundant wildlife and the gateway to the famed Sossusvlei dunes and Sesriem Canyon.

Formerly known as Outjo Backpackers, we changed the name to Kai-Oms, which is a word used by the Damara people and means big house. We have carefully renovated and redecorated all the buildings and are especially proud of our communal kitchen.

This remains one of the most popular spots in the park and ablutions with cold showers have been built to service 12 campsites.

The camp is about 1 km away from the road hidden amongst tall Mopane and White Syringa trees. Our Traditional two bed Bungalow, luxury two-bedroom house with its own waterhole and the three campsites offer you affordable and tranquil accommodation.

Cosy, self-catering rondavel with stunning Kalahari scenes as well as a campsite with braai and ablution facilities.

The camp is situated on the banks of the Auob River on the western boundary of the park. The camp borders Namibia and it is surrounded by thorny Kalahari dune bushveld.

Buschberg is one of the few working cattle farms in Namibia that has a guest enterprise as well. The rooms offered at Buschberg Guestfarm are all chalets and lead into the garden.

Extending over 10,000 hectares of bushveld, Zelda Game and Guest Farm offers guests an opportunity to relax on a real Namibian cattle and game ranch close to Gobabis and the Transkalahari Border Post.

Eldorado B&B and Camping is a family operated business which is situated on the Eldorado Farm in the heart of Etosha, just 8 km south of the Anderson Gate of the world-famous Etosha National Park.

Jakkalswater is a beautiful guest farm located near Springbok. The farm is a new development located next to a golf course. Here you will find a tranquil campsite along with five chalets among the wild flowers.

During the flowering season, from August to October, nothing compares to the beauty of our area. Regardless of season, Namaqualand is a must for tourists to visits.
