Description

If you go down to the woods today, you're in for a big surprise... The Sabie Forest Fair brings together a broad spectrum of suppliers of forestry, loading, timber transport, sawmilling and value-adding equipment, showcasing their products and services with static and live demonstrations in three arenas. The primary objective of the exhibition is to raise the profile of the forestry industry and related enterprises. While some companies will use the event to liaise with existing and potential customers others will launch new products and services into the local market. The timber growers will also present their social, environmental and educational upliftment programs.

The Fair is the ideal forum for potential buyers to speak to all the suppliers under one roof and even conduct side-by-side comparisons of the different types of equipment available. A number of competitions and challenges will be held along with live music, a beer tent and a mountain bike event for the energetic. There will also be aerial fire fighting and bombing demonstrations close to the dam. It promises to be lots of fun for all!
