Description
This is totally insane! If you love adrenaline and extreme sports, get to Pringle Bay this December. The heat will be on and hay bales will fly as the world’s best downhill skateboarders, streetlugers and buttboarders descend on the Kogelberg Biosphere Reserve in mid December to battle it out for top positions in the World Cup rankings, in the final race of the IGSA World Cup Series.
Hot Heels Africa will be held on the Buffelstal Road from 11 - 13 December and the top international gravity racers will be challenged by SA riders like Richard Dweza, Anton Pratt and Tibor Hery, who have proved themselves well up with the best on this course. International entries have already been received from France, Canada, Sweden, Australia, Thailand, Jordan, Malaysia and Austria.
Street Luge, Classic Luge and Downhill Skateboard will be offered. Awards will be given to the top four finishers in each category, and IGSA World Cup Points will be awarded in the three classes, which are open to all competitors. The international level of racing over the last year has amazed veteran racers, and spectators can look forward to top-class downhill racing action. Expect total carnage!
