The resort is ideally situated on the northern banks of the lagoon, just 7 km from the village of Bilene. Beach Camp nestles on the banks of the Uembje Lagoon that forms part of Bilene in the Gaza district of Mozambique. The self-catering venue offers five wood and thatch bungalows sleeping 14 guests in total.

The water is ideal for fly fishing or boat fishing. This large salt water lake offers King fish, Stumpnose, Grunter and Garfish where as the river has Bream and Garfish.
