South End I love going down here as the food is so tasty, being prepared by Jonathan the chef and his staff. I find the waiters and waitresses very helpful and friendly. They have a nice menu with steaks, seafood and pizzas on offer. Do yourself a favour and include a visit to this restaurant. There is a check point going into the harbour but just tell them you are going to the Chart Room and they'll let you through.
