Description
Baobab Bistro is a small owner run restaurant and bar, special because its the ONLY place you can get a bite to eat after 9pm in Port Edward.
The menu is small but yummy, they bake their own bread (including rye) from old fashioned stone ground flour, serve espresso and cappuccino, and buy most of their ingredients from the local farmers, or grow some themselves to ensure healthy, hearty meals which are organic, fresh and carbon neutral as far as possible.
