Indochine is an upmarket Asian fusion restaurant found on the Delaire Graff Wine Estate in Stellenbosch. It is the sister restaurant to the more established Delaire Restaurant also located on the farm. The wine estate surroundings and the natural beauty of the Stellenbosch district sets the mood for a delightful dining out experience. The restaurant itself is understatedly modern and sophisticated with leather couches and copper top tables. The open plan design also has a fireplace with couches if one chooses to take pre- dinner drinks. The Asian fusion menu is inspired by local organic ingredients.
