Phrases like ‘hand-picked prawns’ instantly have guests indecisive and bewildered. The sushi chef gets his own menu! Try something new or ask for a personal change and the chef is more than willing to indulge. I would suggest a huge platter of freshly prepared sushi with ingredients straight from the ocean.
