We are big enough to host large tour groups and small enough to give personal attention to our guest, soon to become friends.

Formerly known as Outjo Backpackers, we changed the name to Kai-Oms, which is a word used by the Damara people and means big house. We have carefully renovated and redecorated all the buildings and are especially proud of our communal kitchen.

Positioned on a plateau with breathtaking views in all directions, Ugab Terrace Lodge offers tranquillity, superb accommodation and exquisite cuisine. Guests can cool off in the swimming pool constructed in a natural rock bed and enjoy a spectacular sundowner from our lounge or your own balcony.

Sophienhof Lodge is a beautiful self-catering accommodation, where everyone who wants to experience the great wilderness is given the opportunity to cater themselves. Supermarkets and a bakery are located only 12 km away in the town of Outjo.

Nestled on an outcrop of dolomite rocks and under a forest of mopanie and white seringa trees, you will find the ideal homely atmosphere to relax in tranquility.

The camp is about 1 km away from the road hidden amongst tall Mopane and White Syringa trees. Our Traditional two bed Bungalow, luxury two-bedroom house with its own waterhole and the three campsites offer you affordable and tranquil accommodation.

Buschberg is one of the few working cattle farms in Namibia that has a guest enterprise as well. The rooms offered at Buschberg Guestfarm are all chalets and lead into the garden.

The Brandberg Rest Camp is located in the village of Uis in the heart of Damaraland, an unspoiled rural area in Namibia, between Swakopmund and the Etosha Game Reserve.

Omatozu Safari Camp is situated on a game farm, 100 km north of Windhoek. The farm entrance is 25 km north of Okahandja on the B1 Road to Otjiwarongo making it an ideal stopover when travelling to and from the Etosha National Park, Damaraland, Kaokoveld, Caprivi or the coastal regions.

Meteorite Camping is located 3 km from the world’s largest meteorite, the Hoba meteorite, in the district of Grootfontein in Namibia. Meteorite Camping is an affordable campsite, situated at the Farm Venus, ideally situated approximately two hours’ drive from Etosha National Park.
