Nkopola Accommodation

Located on the southern lakeshore near the friendly fishing village of Nkopola. This resort has spectacular views overlooking the lake and is 28 kilometers North of Mangochi district headquarters. Four kilometers away from the hotel is the Makokola airstrip.

Madzi Kuwala is a tastefully refurbished lake shore cottage which is privately situated on Lake Malawi. The house is rented out on a self-catering basis, with staff on the premises to assist you in preparing meals and general housekeeping.

Pumulani, situated on Lake Malawi, is also known by Robin Pope Safaris as the “brightest star on the lake”.

Houseboat Magunda is situated on the bay of Cape Maclear, south of Lake Malawi. This bay is known for its uprising islands and the colourful waters with over 500 different species of fish. The boat is a 12 bed, luxurious houseboat fitted with a kitchen, lounge and dining area, toilets and showers.

Domwe Island Adventure Camp is basic, yet exclusive. It lies behind a small beach on the island’s west side. The camp is run on a self-catering basis. Accommodation consists of three fully furnished safari tents and two tent sites, complemented by a dining area with bar.

Our Zomba lodge at the foot of Zomba Mountain, is nestled between the old Parliament buildings and the Zomba Botanical Gardens.
