Namib Desert Lodge

Le Mirage Desert Lodge and Spa is located only 21 km from Sesriem the entrance gate to the Namib Naukluft Park and Sossusvlei. The lodge is a harmonious blend of luxury and nature with each room offering a spectacular view of the Namib Desert.

Namib Desert Lodge sits at the very foot of the ‘fossilised’ dunes of the protomorphic Namib. Situated just 60 km north of Sesriem, the gateway to famous Sossusvlei, and not far from the main road, the lodge is an ideal starting point for an excursion to the highest dunes in the world.

Accommodation is offered in comfortable rooms which were built with flat rocks from the mountains of Betesda. Each room is equipped with air-conditioning and boasts wonderful views over the vast plains of the Namib, with its different contrast of rock, grass, mountains and sand.

Kulala Desert Lodge is situated within the arid Namib Desert on the private Kulala Wilderness Reserve, providing convenient private access to the iconic red dunes of Sossusvlei. The camp comprises thatched and canvas kulalas with en-suite bathrooms and verandahs.

Agama River Camp began as a campsite but has recently expanded to include comfortable rustic bungalows. The bungalows have the option of sleeping on the roof under the Namibian sky where guests can watch the colours change on the Naukluft Mountains.
