Well worth visiting - Victoria Falls is a breathtaking place to visit. You may get very wet but the views of the falls are incredible. Plenty of other activities to do in the area especially if you love wildlife. Lots of choice on accommodation, from luxury hotels to excellent camp sites (try Kubu Cabins, 30 minutes' drive from Livingstone). We went as a family of 4 with our 9 and 13 year old daughters and we all loved our holiday in Livingstone. I would say you need at least 4 nights to get the most out of a visit.

Curio sellers - This was the only negative aspect of our stay. Being harassed by guys trying to sell you copper bracelets and curios. Taita Falcon arranged a visit to the local village for us and we had the headman as our guide. They also had a curio stall available to display their crafts and we were able to buy very well crafted goods at reasonable prices. This way we were also able to benefit the actual artist or craftsman and not some random middleman.
