Description
Keetmanshoop airport is situated about 5 km outside Keetmanshoop, roughly 500 km south of Windhoek. The Keetmanshoop airport houses the Namibia Aviation Training Academy (NATA). Due to its capacity and good conditions, Keetmanshoop airport has the potential to become an aircraft maintenance centre for Namibia. Keetmanshoop also has customs and immigration services and is able to handle cross border traffic into southern Namibia.
