Clear View Lodge, a retreat and conference facility in Broederstroom, is a mere 40 minutes’ drive from Gauteng and Pretoria and about 90 km from OR Tambo International Airport. Broederstroom is a stone's throw from Hartbeespoort Dam, a popular water sport and eco-tourism destination. The area boasts a rich diversity of fauna and flora, is a haven for bird watching, and forms part of the Cradle of Humankind World Heritage Site.

The owners of Clear View Lodge, Marshall and Jane Todd, offer their guests the ultimate escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Jane, a qualified hairstylist and business owner, says the lodge came to her in a dream she had during a breath work session. She clearly saw a stunning retreat, in the heart of nature, for those seeking a true bond with body, mind and soul. The couple set out to find just such a place and knew they had done so the minute they laid eyes on Clear View Lodge.

Jane has studied Native American traditions for the past 10 years, hence the medicine wheel and sweat lodge she has erected at the lodge. Marshall has also done work in this area, but prefers to hone his talents as a caterer. Marshall and Jane's vision to create a sacred place for people to become one with nature has been fulfilled at Clear View Lodge.

Clear View Lodge is a retreat specifically reserved for group bookings. The entire lodge is booked exclusively for your group to use. We do this to ensure your privacy and enjoyment of the venue. We require a minimum of 10 people per night to make a booking.
