Frisky Slaapstaders will be up before sparrow-fart to beat the gun for gold! You can run, you can walk but just get there before the firing of the Noonday Gun on Signal Hill. Summer is here and it’s time for another one of Cape Town’s celebrated traditions, the annual OUTsurance / 94.5 Kfm Gun Run. Both runners and walkers are welcome - choose from a fast and flat 21 km half marathon, a 10 km and a new 5 km fun run. Medals are up for grabs if you cross the line before 10h00. The finish at Hamilton's Rugby Club in Green Point promises loads of fun and activities for kids as well as food stalls and a beer garden so bring the whole family along.
