Bread nowadays has a serious lack of crust but at Le Fournil de Plett you can feel, smell and taste the bread with crust. The French pastries are made using pure butter, Belgian chocolate and organic flour. Wherever possible our ingredients are free range, such as eggs and chicken, and organic, such as salad ingredients, beef and flour.
