Much more than just Pink Pride!
The sight of a Knysna loerie (a revered and exquisitely beautiful local bird) flitting about in the forest spawned the idea of this celebration of gay freedom and culture. And so the carnivalesque Pink Loerie was born - complete with feather boa, false eyelashes, glitter lipstick, and an unadulterated sense of fun.

Laugh yourself silly - Comedy Revolution Tour kicks off in Knysna
Ha ha, be warned - you could split your sides guffawing, roll in the aisle with tears streaming down your cheeks or even wet your pants.
