1 on Park is used as the training facility for third-year graduate students at the Central University of Technology. A seven-course menu is produced by students of the culinary arts and the beautiful, romantic interior adds to the elegance and upmarket feel. The menu is seasonal and changes all the time. A seven-course degustation menu, composed by chef Sune Niemand, is served by trained hotel-school student waiters. No expense is spared on the fine silver cutlery and crystal glassware, which add to the intimate and romantic atmosphere. The set menu offers treats and masterpieces like the blue cheese souffle with plum preserve and a dark chocolate fondant with white chocolate veloute.
