Fourways is a central area in an expensive part of Gauteng. The Fourways Mall is okay, not the best mall in Johannesburg. This area is near the freeway, which makes travelling practical. The traffic is a nightmare and the interesting cultural places in Gauteng are not located in this area. Monte Casino is wonderful for the theatre, tenpin bowling and the movies, along with the Hive to keep teenagers entertained. Areas surrounding Fourways are worth visiting i.e. Broadacres shopping complex for Readers Warehouse, restaurants and a fabulous Spar.

Probably one of the best situated Backpackers in Johannesburg. If you want the combination of rural and urban,then this is the place to stay.Cradle of Mankind,Lion Park and Game Farms close by and walking distance to Monte Casino,shopping, restaurants,spas and the Gautrain which links Johannesburg and Pretoria. Fourways is a must.

A really fantastic place to visit, thoroughly enjoyed myself. The facilities are great also the people. I recommend visiting Fourways as it is a beautiful place. I shell be visiting Fourways again as the place is full of spirit and joy.

The place to be and be seen is Fourways in norther Sandton. There are a big variety of interesting venues to eat, have fun, shop and play at. They include vibrant nightlife at Monte Casino where you can take in a world class show in addition to fulfilling your gambling needs, Cedar Square or maybe Hooters at the Buzz to meet friends for a drink, see a movie and have anything that you fancy to eat at one of many different types or resturants. Shops galore in the area, with Northgate Mall just down the road as well for shopping. Family outings to the different shows at the Dome, the Lion Park or Crocodile Farm are a hit. If you are needing to grow your intellectual skills, there are a number of training facilities in the area and Fourways which also boasts an African style Boma for dinners and a number of Spa's to come and relax and be spoilt.

Fourways is a very vibrant and central location. Fourways offers many things to do, places to stay and see. We have Monte Casino, Fourways Mall, bird parks and more. Fourways is central to getting on the Hi-way, accessing shops and accommodation. Fourways is a very pretty suburb and is looked after.

Fourways has everything, casinos, pubs, restaurants. And it is all within a 10 km radius, meaning very little driving. That is lovely.

Wonderful. We were in a quiet area yet in close proximity to all amenities including monte casino (400metres), fourways mall and sandton city.
