Eastern Free State Self-catering

Self Catering or Catered Farm House   Beauchef Farm House is designed to accommodate groups of up to ten people sharing, and is situated within the Buffalo Hills Private Game Reserve approximately 30km’s South of Harrismith in the Eastern Free State, Drakensberg Highlands. 

Avondzon is a self catering holiday estate of 266 ha in the eastern Free State of South Africa. It is situated halfway between Bethlehem and Fouriesburg, almost 6 km from the village of Slabberts, which is situated at the R26 road, at a distance of about 300 km south of Johannesburg.

The lodge is self-catering with a fully-equipped kitchen/living room, underfloor heating in living room/kitchen, full DStv and a DVD player. Three double bedrooms make space for six guests who will share two bathrooms. Braai facilities are available and the views are breathtaking.

Qwantani is a unique resort located on the waters edge of Sterkfontein Dam in the Sterkfontein Nature Reserve. The 52 chalets are usually fully occupied by individual owners and the private rentals offered here are scarce. Each chalet sleeps 6 in one en-suite double and two twin bedrooms. Rates are per chalet per week or for period requested.

Nestled in the village of Clarens lies the beautiful Berg Cottage. This charming sandstone dwelling was built from blocks hewn from the mountain 1929. The cottage consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds.
