Feijoada(Bean Stew),Steak Regionale,Chacuti and Seafood Rice are some of the dishes you will find on their menu exclusively.
Conscious of their carbon footprint, they are actively recycle the majority of their waste as well as grow their own organic salad greens.
The Caldo Verde (or Kale Soup) is another unique dish that you will only find at Canimambo, the recipe handed down through the family from its inception in Lisbon.
