As you enter the property via a central corridor you pass the air-conditioned queen bedroom on one side and single bedroom plus shared bathroom on the other. The entertaining heart of the property is open plan with six seater dining area, comfortable living space, fireplace and fully fitted kitchen that all overlook the private enclosed fountain court-yard. A staircase takes you to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and opens out onto its own private terrace with Jacuzzi.

Spiral stairs are accessed from the large first floor dressing room area and take you up to this great roof deck with 360 degree views of Table Mountain, Signal Hill and the city.

This property can also be internally connected to its neighbour, 40 Napier Street, so is ideal for large groups as it can then cater for nine persons.

Please take note that 53 Napier Street (not directly opposite but diagonally down the road behind trees and privacy fencing) is doing building work. The work has been intermittent over the last couple of years, there have been long periods of no activity and other times when there will be some disturbance.

All builders in Cape Town have specific working hours which are weekdays (excluding public holidays) from 7.30am to 5.30pm and Saturdays 8am to 1pm. These builders do not normally start before 8am weekdays and tend to knock off early. At present they have not been working on weekends however this could change without notice. Though there could be noise disruptions the Jacuzzi and decks, like the courtyard, are not over-looked by 53 Napier Street.

The rate advertised is discounted and compensates for the any noise inconvenience caused; this special rate does not change if there are no disruptions. All builders take annual holiday from around mid-December to mid-January; normal Peak Season rates will then apply.
