We took a leisurely drive out to Peddlars on the Bend Restaurant in Constantia today. What a treat. Greeted by friendly and professional staff, surrounded by an elegant ambiance. A warm glow from the surrounding fires. We ordered a lovely chilled Sauvignon Blanc setting our palate abuzz with warm figs and spices. I ordered the Slow Roasted Pork Belly with a stuffing of dried fruits and Chorizo Sausage nestled on top of sweet potato mash swimming in a warm cherry sauce... not to mention ...
