The Loft Lounge and Bar is a chic, up-market Groove Bar situated in the heart of the new Pink Block in De Waterkant Village of the Mother City. Located in an historic area of Cape Town, it is within walking distance of the city centre and the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront. Although it is a new building, it has been designed to blend in with some of the older buildings and warehouses of the district.
Called the Loft Lounge because of the spaciousness and huge picture window overlooking Table Mountain is reminiscent of the fashionable converted loft warehouses in this and other cities in the world. Most visitors who come to the Loft Lounge have commented that they could very easily live in the space; although most loft apartments do not have a bar on each floor, each with its own character and style!
