Ceres is in the heart of the fruit valley. The village is pleasant enough, but the real attractions in this area are the mountain biking ang hiking. Matroosberg is not too far from the village, and is almost always covered in snow in the winter. It has a challenging 4x4 route to the top! Eselfontein also offers great mountain biking routes!
