Description

The interior soothes and relaxes with dark wooden polished floors, raw concrete pillars and face brick walls heightened with carved wooden plaques and rich oxblood red leather booths extending privacy with high backrests.

The menu goes full throttle into American favourites like buffalo chicken wings with blue-cheese sauce and prawn gumbo for starters.

Meat offerings make a grand performance from tender Chalmar steaks, flame-grilled to perfection and smokey, barbequed baby-back ribs.

Meat platters make dining easy for those who cannot decide piled high with thin-cut French fries, crispy onion rings, corn on the cob and a selection of signature meats served with a tangy wholegrain mustard sauce.

Round off your meal with a baked cheesecake or the key-lime pie and a nice bottle of wine.

Visited Knife Restaurant on 8 March 2012 at Crystal Towers with business partners. Ordered a Rump and after 30 minutes got served an excuse for a steak. The quality was horrendous. Half was fat and the rest sinews; stringy and tough! At R120? Absolute daylight robbery! I will not visit ever again, and will not recommend anyone to visit. An excuse for a restaurant.
