The Karoo Backpackers is situated on the N1 between Johannesburg and Cape Town in Beaufort West, the heart of the Great Karoo. Our accommodation ranges from single rooms to dormitory rooms. All rooms in this wonderfully restored national monument are spacious and clean.

Taaiboschfontein is a working Karoo sheep farm located in the Three Sisters area at the foot of the Nuweveld Mountains. Come experience the peacefulness and tranquility of the Karoo in all its glory where your hosts, Markus and Nelia Fourie, will make you feel at home.

Gamka Olives Farm Accommodation is conveniently situated in the small village of Leeu Gamka which straddles the railway line and the N1 between Laingsburg and Beaufort West.

The Lodge, previously known as Safari Kamers, is uniquely positioned next door to one of the only Spurs in the Karoo region. We offer ideal overnight accommodation which is affordable.

Bushman Valley is located within the Swartberg Private Nature Reserve - the area south of Prince Albert up to Eerstewater in the Swartberg Pass. Picnic and barbecue areas, camping and caravan sites have been provided in the valley, below towering cliffs.

Eden is a one-bedroom cottage that is located in the heart of the garden route Sedgefield. Eden is a 20 min walk to beautiful beaches and 5min walk to the town centre. Eden has one double bedroom consisting a queen size bed and build in cupboards with a radio in bedroom, all linen is provided .The bathroom consists of modern corner bath and shower with modern fittings and floor to ceiling tiles.

Cycad Guest Lodge offers two upmarket fully-equipped holiday flats, as well as a modern upstairs two bedroom house where you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Garden Route.

Wassenaar overnight accommodation is situated in Hartenbos, overlooking the shoreline and the city. This guest house is comfortably furnished with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, of which one is en-suite. This is the ideal overnight stopover between the towns of Mossel Bay and George.
