Breakfast options include the traditional English-style breakfast, parma ham and eggs on an English muffin and even exotic flavours like the smoked norwegian salmon or tuna carpaccio with eggs. Lunch consists of gourmet sandwiches, wraps and salads, pastas, burgers and even mezze platters and the ingredients and fillings are far from boring. Try the Cajun chicken, pepperdew, and sweet chilli mayo toastie or the Asian beef noodle wrap with rump steak strips, rice noodles in a plum sauce, crispy salad and fresh coriander. For the sweet tooth there is a variety of waffles and pancakes with different toppings and fillings. Enjoy a relaxed breakfast or lunch at this quaint café.

The menu covers meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner and there is a wide choice available for drinks. The extensive breakfast menu has an option for anybody’s taste with plates of your basic eggs and bacon, toast with delicious toppings, French toast and croissants, to the hunger-buster Cha Chi Eggs with chorizo, tomato, cheddar with a toasted baguette – vegetarian versions are also available. The light meals offered are perfect for a break from the office or a lazy afternoon with friends. Choose from toasted sandwiches, salads, wraps, burgers and tremezzinis to pitas and pastas. Then there is always the option to dig into a crisp and topping-filled pizza by yourself or with a friend. The drinks menu is vast but the iced fruit crushes, smoothies and chillers are delicious and well known for their refreshing tastes. The coffee options are not something to be missed either. Look out for the value-for-money specials like R25 breakfasts, cheap pizza and pasta days and draught beer Saturdays. Cocoa Cha Chi is open on Mondays to Saturdays, from 7 am to 11 pm, and on Sundays from 8 am to 8 pm.
