Set on Rose Street in the colourful Bo-Kaap, Haas Coffee Collective brings you 100% Arabian coffee, ground and roasted in the daddy of coffee roasting machines hailed from Germany.

Custom crockery, quirky décor and a collection of local artwork filled to the brim keeps the eye occupied and inspired while light snacks and treats, and the rarest coffees wrap the palate in pure decadence.

The menu proffers delights such as smoked Gypsy ham on ciabatta, ciabatta with cheese and vegetables and wonderful looking muffins and croissants to tempt the waistline.

Bunny shaped biscotti compliments a cup of ultra smooth cappuccino enjoyed at bare wooden tables and chairs. The wooden counter bar matches the floor and sets off a perfect balance exposed by the wooden beams.

Realistic looking insects add humour and disbelief shaped into the moulds of custom crockery, which favours this coffee shop’s attitude and flare as one of the most interesting places to enjoy a cuppa in Cape Town.
