This relaxing, vibey spot is has become a hub of sorts in Durbanville. Comfort food and 'happy meals' are served here, and the warm hospitality and incredible ambience will make you feel right at home.
The menu is something to behold, not only for the range of dishes, but the hilarious little blurbs that reminds that a whole lot of heart is sitting behind this restaurant.
The 'we give a toss about you' salad section contains imaginative dishes like 'This Fish Got Smoked Good', salmon, cottage cheese, avo, carrots, a whole lot of greens and awesome salad dressing. With live music every night, Quay Four’s Tavern downstairs hums with activity all year round. Inspired by the pattiseries of the City of Love, the Queen of Tarts menu changes regularly, however the favourites are always available. Essential fare like custard tarts, chocolate tarts and fairy cakes can always be found along with several savoury options. Guests can choose between various salads and sandwiches with ingredients like grilled aubergine, pesto, red pepper and cheeses. Ralph's @ 127 is a delightful restaurant that serves traditional food in a classy, elegant environment. The interior of the restaurant is beautifully decorated in understated tones and the wooden floors lend an immense amount of warmth to this space.
Pizzas, pastas and tapas can be enjoyed here. The main menu serves up dishes like Fillet Rossini, the best fillet of beef cut marinated in rosemary and topped with sauteed chicken livers, mushrooms and drenched in a masala red wine sauce.
