Slaapstad the beautiful is warming up for the largest timed cycle event in the world - the Cape Argus/Pick 'n Pay Cycle Tour which takes place on the 14th of March 2010. And what better way to warm up than with The Life Cycle Expo, the largest cycling, health and fitness exhibition in South Africa which will be held at the Good Hope Centre at the foot of Table Mountain, close to the Cape Town city centre.
Each year 36 000 cyclists descend on South Africa's most gorgeous city, and all will be heading to the Life Cycle Expo to register for the event. The show features amazing interactive displays from over 350 exhibitors and attracts about 79 000 visitors. Be a part of the cycling revolution!
