Be sure to give the slow-roasted belly of pork a try. This dish is served with crispy crackling, Hanepoot glazed apples and aromatic. Another mouthwatering main is the char-grilled beef fillet, moist and tender, with a blue cheese potato cake, caramelised baby onions and rosemary.
