Fu.shi is a contemporary 'fusion' restaurant offering fabulous food, good service and a laid back vibe. Executive Chef, Vanie Padayachee has taken Asian fusion a step further by weaving her own twist into both the Asian classics and the nouveau style that is sought after by food critics worldwide. Be sure to try one of the deserts like 'Concubine whisper ', a chilli chocolate fondant with pistachio nut brittle. One of the CX Press/Gastronomix Garden Route Top 10 Restaurants 2008, Fu.shi is definitely worth a visit.
