Start with a flavourful cheddar and spinach soufflé, and the Camembert wrapped in phyllo pastry served with caramelised pecans and a spicy tomato coulis.
The signature crispy half-duck is a must try, succulent and rich, perfectly paired by the tangy berry jus.
Vegetarians can enjoy the delicious feuilletée of mushroom, butternut, chevin and phyllo served on a sweet tom yum sauce.
