Colonial House is truly beautiful, the photos on the website cannot do justice. The house is elegantly furnished, yet comfortable and homely. I appreciated the attention to detail; the interior and exterior (pool, patio boma, garden) is spotless and well maintained. The house is perfectly equipped for self-catering. My wife and I arrived in Jo-burg after a 21 day overland safari looking for time to relax and gather our thoughts prior to returning to the States. Shirley and her son, Murray, welcomed us into their home and provided an unparalleled experience. I truly felt a member of their family while being there, and I miss it already.
