A Home Away From Home
The Bancroft Bed and Breakfast was truly a "home-away-from-home" experience for me! I stayed 3 days with the Wagener family, and they made me feel right at home the moment I walked through the door! Tina and Ema even met Hanan and I at a gas station and escorted us back to their home, as I had just completed the Comrades Ultra Marathon in Pietermaritzburgh. My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Kaia Tani...thanks in no small part to our gracious hosts. The first night of our stay, our car battery died. Daniela immediately came to our rescue, drove us to dinner, and arranged for one of her employees to bring us home after dinner. The next day was a Sunday, and though all of the garages in town were closed, Daniela managed to get a friend to jump start our car while we were out on a walk exploring Phalaborwa.
