SafariNow.com is looking for a motivated person with the ability to manage and mentor an outbound, phone-based sales team focused on selling a suite of web-based applications for use in the travel industry.
The ideal candidate must be capable of driving sales, setting targets and developing strategies to achieve these. They will need to have a thorough understanding of the Internet and have an ability to understand the technical requirements of websites.
Requirements:
- You must have a minimum of 5 years' experience of managing an outbound sales team and demonstrate consistent performance over this period.
- Proven track record selling software or web-based applications.
- Have a thorough understanding of the Internet.

- Getting a full suite of web-based products into the market place.
- Designing and leading proactive initiatives to maximize and increase sales.
- Monitor campaign effectiveness through on-going measurement and analysis, regularly reporting output and findings to the Executive Team.
- Develop innovative approaches to improving the sales process, procedures and performance.
- Recruit, develop and manage the sales team, ensuring that individual targets are achieved and results delivered.
