An algorithm is run daily to determine the placement of listings on our website.

The criteria used and points allocated are:

• Conversion Ratio - 0-500pts, 0-100%
• Average Response Time - 0-500pts, 0-48hrs
• Running a Special - 200pts
• Reviews Displayed - 100pts/review in past year, max 300pts
• Percentage Commission Paid - 50pts per % above 15
• Gallery Images - 25pts per image
• New Listing Bonus - 500pts, first 3 months or 5 enquiries

Higher points ensure higher placement on the location pages.
