How can you NOT stay over at The Royal? It's a unique experience & my tour group of 8 people - comprising of 5 different nationalities all enjoyed their stay. The food was truly excellent, staff were very friendly & the accommodation comfortable. Detail has been spent in keeping the Royal as 'old time' as possible, which makes it very appealing. What a wonderful place to stay. The attention to detail is remarkable. Would certainly recommend especially as a stopover for anyone travelling between the Kruger area and Durban. It is well worth the stop!! We stayed in the Hadedas Nest and Barbets Corner Rooms. Both were fantastic, comfortable and extremely clean. Gudrun is a remarkable and gracious hostess.
