Our service is comprised of marketing your establishment to South African and international holiday makers. We process reservations, facilitate the payment of reservation deposits, and provide a high level of customer service.
Due to our commission-only model, our interests are 100% aligned with yours.

We acquire the payment from the client's credit card and deposit cash into your account after 4 working days, safely, securely.

What do we charge?
SafariNow.com is pay-as-you-go, we only charge you commission on bookings secured:
- No joining, listing or advertising charges.
- Commission charge from 15% +VAT, (including facilitation of payment and funds deposited into your account) of the total quote value.
- Minimum charge per booking of R45.60 (including VAT).
Monthly fixed fee: none
How much business can you expect?
These are actual average bookings figures for January - December 2005:
North West Province: R48 000 per establishment
Kruger National Park: R34 000 per establishment
Mpumalanga: R19 000 per establishment
Limpopo: R16 000 per establishment
Cape Town: R14 000 per establishment
Fish Hoek: R29 000 per establishment
(Figures calculated on establishments who have received at least one booking via us i.e. excluding new establishments)
The most active establishment on SafariNow.com generated business to the value of R265 000 worth in the last 12 months!
Pre-requisites to Joining
- Agreement to our Terms of Trade
- From 2008, all New Establishments on SafariNow.com must be a member of, affiliated with or accredited by The Regional or National Tourism Bureau
Tourism Association or Accommodation Association, eg : KZN Tourism, NAA, GHASA, TGCSA, SATSA, AA Travel Guides, Portfolio, Local Tourism office or Publicity Association
- Internet access and ability to reply to enquiries within 24hours online
