As a couple who have been travelling for 5 months around the world, i have to rate the Stone Guest house as the most memorable, friendly and cost effective of all the hostels and hotels we have stayed. Alex and his staff were so friendly and accommodating and made our stay so special. Amazing place
We stopped over in Hazyview on the way down from Blyde river area. Phillip and Margi were fantastic hosts we were made to feel like new found friends rather than customers. Would definately stay there again. The rooms are very luxurious. Extremely good value for money. And what can one say about breakfast- yummmy! The best we had in South Africa. What a wonderful weekend... the hosts took care of our every need, including cleaning and cooking a fish we caught on our charter. The camp was very family friendly.
