Wonderful stay
I was travelling with my wife and our two children. We had a wonderful stay for the weekend at the Birdsong B & B. The place was very clean, nicely decorated, quite and secured. First acquaintance of S-Africa after almost 24h travel could not be better ! We felt at ease and save immediately, very good place to start our 3-weeks trip through the country. Beautiful accommodation, overwhelmingly garden. Helpful hosts. Kruger Park, Blyde River canyon within half an hour. Summerfield kitchen nearby (1 km) is a real dining experience for moderate price. Enjoyable stay
Sundown guesthouse is like a safe haven in the middle of the chaos that is Maputo. We enjoyed our stay very much and the owner Dennis and his staff did everything in their power to make us feel at home. You can ask anything of them and they will always try and help. The guest house had a bit of a revamp and the new rooms feel like you are in a luxury hotel. I would definately revisit this establishment and recommend it to anyone. — Eugene Valentine, South Africa
