First, the not so good:
Personally, I wouldn't recommend the place to someone for longer than 3 days. If you just plan on staying at the establishment for the bulk of your holiday, then make sure you are prepared to do nothing but laze around.

We were fortunate to be allocated the cottage across the road where we had the choice of two rooms. The cottage, although quite old, has been done up very nicely and was a pleasure to live in. Although self catering facilities are in the kitchen there are many restaurants within walking distance.
