A bit about me...
For five years I worked at the first successful call centre of a leading Financial Services Company. There I gained invaluable experience and completed numerous customer services workshops. The rest of my work history is rather diverse, but remained pretty much in the customer services line. I even tried my hand at running my own business. I am passionate about animals and the great outdoors, so living and working in Scarborough is a dream come true and I feel truly blessed.
