So friendly and warm. Nothing was too much trouble. The cottage was beautifully decorated and there was meticulous attention to detail. My stay coincided with beautiful weather, and the attractiveness of the house and grounds very much enhanced this experience. I was not able to take part in many 'touristy' activities, but I found the setting of Ridgeview Lodge ideal for my purposes. We were booked at Saffron, but were changed to The Space (same property). Welcome on behalf of the owner was a bit too cool, but the staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very spacious and stylish, maybe a bit too much. Melville is a very safe area. No problems to walk around day and night, lots of bars and restaurants. — Helmut Brommer, Spain
