Suburban bliss in the concrece jungle of Jhb...
My partner and I had to take the IELTS English Language Test in Jhb and couldn't have chosen a better place than Plumpudding GH. The Guest House is perfectly situated close to the city centre as well as some fantastic restaurants in Melville. The room was stunning and the attention to detail throughout the Guest House (including the beautiful gardens) made us feel right at home. Stay in the secrets of the forest
We really enjoyed the hospitality. We felt at home. I particularly enjoyed the long conversation I had with Suzanne, our host. The room we had, is perfect for a couple (a jacuzzi on the terrace and the birds in the morning !). Unfortunately, they did not have family units so we were a bit squeezed with our 2 kids. The lodge has a 300 hectares reserve, with Zebra, Impalas, Gnous ... We had the chance to go for a walk game viewing. Our stay was excellent.
