Update your availability calendar on SafariNow. Make your rooms fully booked for periods that you have no availability so we can let your customers know.
Step 1
Log on and go into Establishment Account.
In the menu on the left hand side, under 'Establishments' you will see 'Availability Calendar'.
This will bring you to your calendar page.
Step 2
Please ensure the drop down menu is on the correct establishment that you would like to make available/block.
Make your establishment 'fully booked'
Simply select the dates for when you are fully booked. The ‘from’ date is the start of the fully booked period. The ‘to’ date is when your full period ends.
Click on ‘Make rooms full.’
Your calendar will now automatically be blocked; stopping enquiries for this period coming through. Please note that you may still receive enquiries for dates before or after the blocked out period.
Make your establishment 'available'
Simply select the dates for when you are available. The ‘from’ date is the start of the available period. The ‘to’ date is when your availability ends.
Click on ‘Make rooms available .’
Block certain rooms or units only
Simply select the dates for when you are fully booked. The ‘from’ date is the start of the fully booked or available period. The ‘to’ date is when your full / available period ends.
Step 3 gives you the option of selecting a specific unit or room.
Click 'Make Rooms Full' or 'Make Rooms Available.'
You calendar will now automatically block enquiries for this unit, during the specified dates. Please note that you may still receive enquiries for dates before or after the blocked out period.
