How to edit your Seasons and Rates
We have created a Year Round ‘Base Rate’ for you. This rate runs from 1 January to 31 December.
If your rates change at different times of the year then you can create additional seasons for times of the year that your rate is higher or lower. For e.g. High Season, Christmas, Easter, World Cup, Winter Special.
Any additional seasons you create will override your Year Round Base Rate.
Weekend Rates
Weekend rates apply if you charge different rates at the weekend than during the week for a specific season.
If you charge different rates at the weekend, please select ‘yes’. You will now be required to specify which days of the week your weekend rates apply on, for e.g. Friday and Saturday.
Additionally be sure to give us the weekday and weekend rate.
If your rates stay the same all week then leave this option as “No”.
Minimum Stay
Here you can specify that guests are required to stay a minimum amount of nights during a season.
If this applies to a specific season, please tick ‘Yes’. You will then be required to specify whether this minimum stay applies over weekends only, or throughout the week.
If you do not have a minimum stay rule, you can simply tick ‘No.’
How to Enter Rates
1. Please enter your rates in South African Rands.
2. Please do not add our commission on to your rates. We want to sell your rooms at the same price that you would sell them to direct customers.
3. If your rates are definitely consistent with direct “walk-in” rates, please let us know so we can sign you up for our “Best Price Promise”. In return, we will give you a boost on our search rankings. Customers are also more likely to make bookings with our “Best Price Promise” establishments as they feel they are getting the best deal.

5. If you have different rates at the weekends then please enter them.
6. You may enter unit rates, single rates or per person sharing rates. Only enter what is applicable and leave the rest blank.
7. When finished, please remember to click “Done” at the bottom of the screen:
How to Add a New Season
1. Please click 'add season'.
2. Enter your season name.
3. Edit the dates of your season by selecting the from and to dates.
4. Specify if a minimum stay applies and whether the weekend prices through this season differ from mid week.
5. Enter your rates.
6. Click 'Save'. A saved message will appear.
How to Delete a Season
To delete a season, click on 'delete this season'.
