  1. Find your accommodation using the Search or Browse By Destination.
  2. Request a quote by filling in the online form.
    Please note: some establishments can be booked immediately without requesting a quote - indicated by a BOOK NOW button. You will need a credit card in order to confirm and pay with this method.
  3. SafariNow Request A Quote

  4. The accommodation establishment is notified instantly by SMS.
  5. The establishment responds with a personal reply and quote, and you are notified by email and SMS, and can view the response online.
  6. If you want to secure the booking, you must accept and pay (either the deposit or full amount) before the quote expires. Payment options include :
    • Online via Credit Card (Paying online is safe. If you are concerned about using your card online we encourage you to read our Payment Security information).
    • Fax SafariNow.com your credit-card details
    • Bank Deposit (or Internet Transfer) into SafariNow.com's bank account
  7. Once you have paid SafariNow.com, a confirmation receipt is emailed to you with the supplier's contact details so that you can arrange your arrival prior to check-in date. SafariNow.com forwards your deposit to the supplier.
  8. You settle any balance owing directly with the supplier.
