 HOW BOOKINGS WORK
- Find your accommodation using the Search or Browse By Destination.
- Request a quote by filling in the online form.
Please note: some establishments can be booked immediately
without requesting a quote - indicated by a BOOK NOW button. You will
need a credit card in order to confirm and pay with this method.
- The accommodation establishment is notified instantly by SMS.
- The establishment responds with a personal reply and quote, and you
are notified by email and SMS, and can view the response online.
- If you want to secure the booking, you must accept and pay (either
the deposit or full amount) before the quote expires. Payment options
include :
- Online via Credit Card (Paying online is safe. If you are concerned about using your card online we encourage you to read our Payment Security information).
- Fax SafariNow.com your credit-card details
- Bank Deposit (or Internet Transfer) into SafariNow.com's bank account
- Once you have paid SafariNow.com, a confirmation receipt is emailed
to you with the supplier's contact details so that you can arrange your
arrival prior to check-in date. SafariNow.com forwards your deposit to
the supplier.
- You settle any balance owing directly with the supplier.
