Our stay was wonderful and the apartment was beyond expectations. We did have one major problem with the main bathroom that apparently had a leak right before we arrived and a problem with the washing machine but we called the office and the problems were taken care of immediately so no complaints there. Everyone was very friendly and helpful and I would certainly recommend the apartment to anyone. Great hosts and perfect rest in central location
Phil and Margie are hosts by example. They were a great help in getting trips organized and you feel personally valued by individual service. If you stay there don't miss to have a braai with them, sitting beside the pool and have a great conversation with a nice glass of wine or a cold Windhoek beer (which was my preference:).
